R Talin is a queer producer, actor, and performer based in Berlin. In the last nine years he’s been living and working in Amsterdam, Budapest, and Istanbul, playing and founding different bands such as Sex Kitten Baby, MavaRoz & Pigtails On Fire, and spacing genres wise between post-punk, dream-pop, and experimental/noise. Nowadays he performs with his solo project R Talin and with the noise rock band Shutters. In 2019 he started acting in several queer independent films directed by Antonio Da Silva, Noel Alejandro, and Nicky Miller, while composing some of their film scores. Recently he’s been working at the Gorki in the theatre film DARK ROOM revisited (directed by Paul Spittler), as an performer and its soundtrack composer.
