Ivo Dreger was born in Oberhausen in 1995 and grew up in Leverkusen. They studied European Literature in Marburg and Canterbury, as well as Comparative Dramaturgy and Performance Research in Frankfurt am Main. In 2021, Ivo Dreger joined the dramaturgy department at Gorki, switching over to production management in 2023. He has been involved in several festivals held at Gorki during that time, as well as being part of the creative team behind the annual Queer Week.
