Little-known up to now, Sema Poyraz's three-part work is a milestone in German tv film, experimental and innovative. The young Turkish and German cast introduce themselves with their real names at the beginning of the film and then negotiate their everyday lives, their concerns and desires through scripted scenes. In an almost Brechtian-epic theatre manner, the personal lives of the protagonists are blended with their characters’ dialogue.
