Via Jikeli

Via Jikeli, 1997 grew up in Berlin. She studied acting at the HfS Ernst Busch in Berlin and was a scholarship holder of the Studienstiftung des deutschen Volkes. Via has been part of the WORX program at the Berliner Ensemble since 2023 where she plays in Fritzi Wartenberg's Alias Anastasius.

Since the 2023/24 season, Via Jikeli has been a permanent ensemble member at the Maxim Gorki Theater and plays the leading role as Diedrich Heßling in DER UNTERTAN, as well as in CARMEN, directed by Christian Weise and in ALICE IM WUNDERLAND, directed by Oliver Frljić. In the 2025/36 season, she will also appear in Ersan Mondtag's production of DAS ROTE HAUS and Nurkan Erpulat's production of Katerina Poladjan's ZUKUNFTSMUSIK. In addition to theater, Via also works as a voice actress and film actress.
