Semra Ertan (1957–1982) was a poet, activist, and one of the earliest migrant voices against racism in Germany. Her work combines political clarity, poetic power, and social responsibility; for her, language became a means of resistance against exclusion and injustice. This evening will feature performances, spoken word, music, readings, spaces for remembrance, solidarity, and debate.
