Maryam Saeedpour works as a freelance photographer in the Iranian capital. After training at an art high school, she studied documentary photography at the Iranian Youth Cinema Society in Tehran. She worked for Iranian media for more than 14 years before concentrating on portraits and artistic photography. Her work has been exhibited internationally and has received numerous awards, including the Vienna Global Peace Photo Award.
