Iliane Kiefer

Iliane Kiefer (she/her) is a cultural scientist and curator. She studied cultural studies in Leipzig and curating art in Stockholm, focusing on feminist cultural history, migration and collective curatorial practice. She has worked at the Gay Museum Berlin, among other places, and coordinated various publication and exhibition projects. From 2020 to 2024, she founded and led the project o[s]tklick, a mostly digital space for Russian-German, post-Soviet and Eastern European democratic voices. The focus was on taking a clear stance against right-wing populist and extreme positions, as well as disinformation, hate speech and conspiracy-ideological content on the internet. Since 2025, she has been working as an editor for science communication and social media at mediale pfade in the project »ULAT – Unlearning Antifeminism on«.
