Daniel Ziblatt

Daniel Ziblatt is an American political scientist whose research focuses on democracy and democratization, as well as the politics and political history of Western Europe since the 19th century. Since 2018, he has been Eaton Professor of the Science of Government at Harvard University, and since October 2020, he has been director of the Transformations of Democracy research department at the Berlin Social Science Center.
