Armin Wahedi grew up in Hessen as the child of Kurdish-Iranian parents and studied acting at the Berlin University of the Arts. He has appeared in several theater productions at Deutsches Theater, Hans Otto Theater Potsdam, and Schauspielhaus Bochum. At Volksbühne, he played in Volksverräter! directed by Hermann Schmidt-Rahmer, and at Berliner Ensemble in Gott ist nicht schüchtern directed by Laura Linnenbaum. He has appeared in several musical theater productions by Fabian Gerhardt at Neuköllner Oper, most recently in Verbrechen – Tanatas Teeschale. He has also appeared in film and television productions, including Nur eine Frau, Elaha, Dogs of Berlin, and Tatort.
