Alexandra Sinelnikova was born in Saint Petersburg in 1994. She completed her acting degree at the University of Music and Theatre »Felix Mendelssohn Bartholdy« in Leipzig. As part of her studies, she was part of the Studio at the Staatsschauspiel Dresden from 2015 to 2017. Following her studies, she worked at the Schauspiel Dortmund, where she was a member of the ensemble through 2020. The directors she worked with include Kay Voges, Thorleifur Örn Arnasson and Jan Friedrich. Since 2020 Alexandra Sinelnikova has acted more frequently in film and television, and she also collaborates closely with her sister, film director Natalia Sinelnikova. Alexandra Sinelnikova is a permanent member of the Gorki Ensemble since 2023. She first appeared in PLANET B, directed by Yael Ronen. In the 2023/24 season, she appeared in FRANKENSTEIN ODER DAS VERLORENE PARADIES, directed by Oliver Frljić. She can currently be seen in Muttersprache Mameloschn, directed by Hakan Savaş Mican.
