Idil Nuna Baydar (*1975 in Celle) is an actress and comedian. In 2011, she began publishing self-written sketches in the genre of social criticism on YouTube and thus became known nationwide. Until 2019, she published videos on the topic of integration with the clichéd artificial character »Jilet Ayşe« as the main character, achieving up to 800,000 clicks per video. On television, she appeared in cabaret and comedy shows such as StandUpMigranten (EinsPlus), NightWash (Einsfestival), Pufpaffs (3sat) or Ladies Night (WDR). On 29 September 2014, her comedy solo programme »Deutschland, wir müssen reden!« premiered in Berlin. This was followed by a tour of Germany. In 2015, Baydar received the Special Award for Integration and Tolerance. Today she lives in Berlin as an actress and comedian and has also worked here for youth institutions.
